David and Nancy Samples, the driving force behind ICF Walls of the Ozarks, have been at the forefront of homebuilding for over 20 years. Their journey into Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) construction began in 2014 when they built their first ICF home for a client. This experience was a turning point for them; they realized that ICF construction offered a superior alternative to traditional wood-framed homes, with minimal cost difference.
Since that pivotal project, David and Nancy have dedicated themselves to advancing ICF construction, completing a wide range of projects, from 1,750 to 16,000 square feet, in various locations throughout Missouri and Arkansas. Each project is built with the strength and efficiency that only ICF can provide. Their passion for innovation and quality has solidified ICF Walls of the Ozarks as a leader in the industry, delivering homes and structures that stand the test of time.
