Ben chapman
Field Supervisor
Ben Chapman joined ICF Walls of the Ozarks in October 2020 and brings his passion for excellence to every project as our Field Supervisor. Outside of work, Ben enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and pursuing his talents as a singer/songwriter. He ensures that all projects are well-organized, on schedule, and constructed to the highest standards.
December Breig
Office Manager
December Breig joined ICF Walls of the Ozarks in October 2021 and ensures smooth internal operations as our Office Manager. She enjoys baking, crafting, and spending time with her husband and son, and has had the unique honor of laying a wreath on the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Washington, D.C. December manages everything from project financials and client communication to marketing and office events, making sure every aspect of your build runs seamlessly.
Caleb Straub
ICF Foreman
Caleb Straub has been with ICF Walls of the Ozarks since October 2021 and serves as our ICF Foreman, where he enjoys building strong friendships with the crew and embracing leadership opportunities. Outside of work, Caleb is passionate about outdoor activities like camping and kayaking, and he enjoys woodworking. On-site, he leads an ICF crew and ensures that every project meets his high standards of quality and efficiency.
Jacob Breig
ICF Foreman/Training Manager
Jacob first joined ICF Walls of the Ozarks in July of 2021 as an installer. He enjoys being part of a passionate team and, outside of work, likes hanging out with his family and playing his 5-string banjo. After receiving his Construction Technologies certification, he quickly joined the crew and worked up to the title of training manager. His ability to educate our new installers helps our crew stay a cut above the rest!
